This is the Ukrainian government's 'unilateral ceasefire'?

This short video was made today, June 19, a few hours after the Ukrainian prime minister announced a unilateral ceasefire. The film was shot in Slavyansk.

There is no translation in the video, but in rough terms:

The first woman is crying: "Why they are killing us?"

The older woman says: "What do we suffer for? How can we stay here….?" She answers her own question: 'I don't know'.

Young man, the husband of the dead woman says: "They used heavy artillery. The Ukrainian Government can come here and see everything with their own eyes…"

In the end of this video - a 5 year-old boy on the operating table. It isn't clear if he survived ...
